Stay Away
Pros: Number of phone numbers
Cons: No support
I've trying to get in touch (phone and email) with their Billing department for months. "Leave a message and they will ignore you." Nothing...
You can't even cancel the service. To cancel you need to get a hold of the Billing Department... There is an online cancel option but that doesn't work. |

Tyring to update Credit card
Pros: Works when you just want to use it
Cons: Billing ---bad bad bad
Every thing the previous review sad is truee. They do not return EMail. Billing department has an answering machine and does not rturn any calls. In the meantime they till you to updae your creit card number, whicn you can do on line but it never goes thrugh to their system. Calling is a waste of time. I have even written a letter by Snail Mail to no Avail. It is ture you just get an error message if you try to use their online cancel info. Only way to cancel is to have your Credit card company reject their bills. Stay away!! |
